Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains the limited information processed when You use Movie Search: It's Movie Time! (the "Application") and the choices available to You.

The Application does not require an account and does not ask You to provide Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, login credentials, contacts, photos, or precise location. If You choose to enable push notifications, OneSignal processes limited pseudonymous technical information to deliver notifications and measure notification delivery and opening, as described below.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Information Processed by the Application

Information You Do Not Have to Provide

The Application does not require registration or a user account. We do not ask You to provide direct identifiers such as Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, login credentials, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Movie Requests and External Content

The Application requests movie information, artwork, ratings, credits, availability information, and trailers from external content and infrastructure providers. Like ordinary internet requests, these requests may transmit limited technical information, such as an Internet Protocol address, Device or Application information, request time, and the content requested, to the provider handling the request.

This technical information is used to return the requested content, maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems. The Application does not use this information to track You across applications or websites owned by other companies for advertising.

Push Notifications and OneSignal

We use OneSignal as a Service Provider to deliver push notifications, manage notification subscription status, and measure whether notifications were delivered or opened.

OneSignal may process Pseudonymous Technical Information such as a OneSignal-generated identifier, an Apple push-notification token, Device type, operating-system version, language, time zone, country, Application version, notification permission and subscription status, Application session information, notification delivery and interaction events, Internet Protocol address, and related technical or diagnostic information.

These technical identifiers may be considered Personal Data or personal information under applicable privacy laws. They identify an Application installation or Device, but We do not connect them to a name, email address, phone number, user account, or other direct identifier.

We do not provide OneSignal with Your name, email address, phone number, login credentials, contacts, photos, or precise location. We do not use OneSignal for targeted advertising or to track You across applications or websites owned by other companies.

You can decline notification permission, turn notifications off in the Application's settings, or change notification permission in Your Device's system settings. OneSignal processes information according to its Privacy Policy.

How Limited Technical Information Is Used

Limited technical information may be processed only for the following purposes:

Service Providers

External content and infrastructure providers process ordinary technical request information under their own privacy policies. OneSignal processes the limited information described above to provide push-notification services. We do not sell Personal Data or display third-party advertising in the Application.

Retention and Your Choices

We do not maintain user accounts or a Company database containing Your name, email address, phone number, or notification history. Service Providers may retain limited technical information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

You can stop future push-notification processing by opting out in the Application or disabling notifications in Your Device settings. You may contact Us with a privacy question or request. Because the Application does not collect an account identity, We may not be able to associate a request with a particular pseudonymous identifier held by a Service Provider.

Law enforcement

Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid request from a public authority.

Security

We and Our Service Providers use reasonable measures intended to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and We do not knowingly collect direct identifiers from children. If You believe a child has provided direct identifying information through the Application, please contact Us.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.
